1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Robinson Legacy Partners LLC, doing business as Robinson Legacy Partners ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through www.robinsonlegacypartners.com (the "Site").

We are an Allstate agency located at 700 Highlander Blvd, Suite 405, Arlington, TX 76015, licensed to transact insurance in the State of Texas. Our agency owner, Clarence Robinson II, is an exclusive agent of Allstate Insurance Company and its affiliates. You can reach us at (817) 262-5300 or clarence.robinson@allstate.com.

As an insurance agency, we are a "financial institution" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), and the personal information you give us to obtain insurance is also protected under Chapter 601 of the Texas Insurance Code and the Texas Department of Insurance privacy rules (28 TAC Chapter 22).

Allstate's own privacy practices are described in the Allstate Privacy Center. If you become an Allstate policyholder, Allstate also provides its own privacy notice to you.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through the Site, including our guided quote form, our short quote request form, the quick-quote forms in our articles, our partner inquiry form, our review page, the ZIP-code quote starters on our coverage pages, and quote requests sent through AI assistants that use the tools published on this Site.

It does not cover the separate privacy practices of Allstate Insurance Company and its affiliates, which underwrite and issue the policies we sell. Once your information is submitted to Allstate for a quote or for underwriting, Allstate's own privacy notice also governs how it handles your information. Information you give us by phone or in our office is handled consistently with this policy.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

Depending on which form you use, we collect:

• Contact information — your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and (on the guided quote form) your street address
• Date of birth, gender, and marital status — on the guided quote form only, because insurers may use them to rate and price coverage where Texas law permits. We treat these as sensitive: we use them only to prepare your quote and never for advertising.
• Vehicle information — the year, make, and model of each vehicle and the number of drivers
• Property information — property type, approximate age, square footage, and number of stories
• Current insurance information — whether you are currently insured and, if so, your current insurance company
• Business information — on our partner inquiry form, your company name, your role, and the kinds of partnership you are interested in
• Your requests and messages — the coverage you are interested in, the best time to reach you, notes you choose to add, and any feedback you send through our review page
• Your consent record — the consent wording you agreed to, the button you clicked, the page you were on, and the date and time you submitted

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment card numbers, bank account information, or health information through this Site. If an insurer needs that information later in the application process, it is collected through secure systems, not through this website.

Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location — on the guided quote form we use a geolocation service to estimate your city, state, and ZIP code so we can pre-fill parts of the form
• Device and browser information — such as browser type, device type, and screen size, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs
• Usage information — the page you submitted a form from and the page that referred you to it

Information from service providers

• Address suggestions — when you begin typing your address, Google Maps Places suggests complete, standardized addresses
• Contact verification — a verification service checks whether the email address and phone number you enter appear valid, which reduces errors and prevents fraudulent submissions

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Prepare and deliver the insurance quote you requested
• Contact you about your quote and related insurance products and services by phone, text message, or email, as you agreed
• Submit your information to Allstate Insurance Company and its affiliates so they can evaluate, price, and service your coverage
• Verify that the contact information you gave us is accurate
• Service your policy and respond to your questions if you become a client
• Keep a record of your consent and honor your opt-out requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with our legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, including Texas Department of Insurance recordkeeping requirements

We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

5. Who we share it with

We share your personal information only in these situations:

With the insurer, when you ask for a quote or policy

Robinson Legacy Partners is an Allstate agency. To prepare your quote and service your policy, we share your information with Allstate Insurance Company and its affiliates, or with the insurer or program that writes the coverage you ask about (for example, the National Flood Insurance Program for flood coverage). Allstate may also obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle records, and insurance loss history databases as part of underwriting.

With service providers under contract

We use a small number of vendors that process information on our behalf and are limited to using it to provide services to us. They are listed in the Cookies and online tools table below, and include our website host, the service that delivers form submissions to our agency, address lookup, location lookup, contact verification, and our phone and messaging systems.

When the law requires it

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request, including examinations by the Texas Department of Insurance; to establish or defend legal claims; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our agency, or the public.

If our agency is sold or transferred

If our agency is sold, merged, or transferred, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.

With your permission

We will share your information in any other way only if you ask us to or give us permission.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not pass the contents of your quote form — your name, date of birth, address, phone, email, vehicle details, property details, or insurance history — to Meta, Google, or any other advertising platform for advertising. (Google's address lookup service sees the address characters you type so it can suggest a complete address; it does not receive the rest of your form.)

7. Calls and text messages

When you submit one of our forms, you agree that Robinson Legacy Partners and its licensed agents may contact you by call, text message, and email about your insurance quote and related insurance products and services, including by automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice, at the number and address you provided. That consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can get a quote by calling us instead.

• Opting out of texts — reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any text. STOP ends all automated texts from us to that number. We may send one confirmation text with no marketing content, and then we stop.
• Help — reply HELP to any text, or call (817) 262-5300.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Any reasonable way works — you can also withdraw consent by telling a member of our team on a call, by email, or by mail. We honor opt-outs promptly and no later than 10 business days after we receive them.
• Do Not Call — if you ask us not to call or text you, we add your number to our internal Do Not Call list and honor that request for ten years, unless you later ask us to contact you again.
• Account messages — if you are a client and opt out, we will still reach you about an existing policy (for example, renewals, billing, or claims) by manual phone call, email, or mail, not by automated text.

8. Cookies and online tools

This Site uses a small number of outside services. Each one may receive your IP address and basic browser information when your browser loads it.

Advertising measurement

We may use advertising measurement tools from Meta (Facebook) and Google to learn whether our ads bring people to the Site. If we do, these tools may set cookies and may receive your IP address, browser information, and the pages you view, and those companies handle that information under their own privacy policies. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising even though no one buys your information. We never send them your form answers.

Your choices

• Global Privacy Control — if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing for that browser, and we do not load advertising measurement tools for it.
• Do Not Track — there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so the Site does not respond to them. We honor Global Privacy Control instead.
• Your browser and ad accounts — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
• Contact us — you can also ask us to opt you out using the details in How to reach us.

9. Your privacy rights

Under the Texas Insurance Code

Chapter 601 of the Texas Insurance Code and TDI rules limit how nonpublic personal information collected in connection with an insurance transaction may be disclosed. Texas insurance law also gives you rights over recorded personal information about you, which may include access, correction, a statement of dispute, and an explanation of an adverse underwriting decision. Many of these requests are handled by the insurer, and we will help you reach the right place.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other state laws

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA") and similar laws in other states generally exempt information already regulated under the GLBA and state insurance law, and the TDPSA exempts small businesses as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration. We think that is a poor reason to give you less. As a matter of agency practice, wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete information we are not required to keep
• Opt out of advertising-related sharing
• Get a copy of the information you gave us

How to make a request. Call (817) 262-5300, email clarence.robinson@allstate.com, or write to the address below. We will verify your identity by matching details you have already given us before we release or delete information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you; we may ask for proof that you gave the agent permission and ask you to confirm your identity directly. We generally respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may extend once by up to 45 more days.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing or writing to us with the subject "Privacy Appeal" within a reasonable time after our decision. We will respond in writing within 60 days and explain what we decided and why. If you are not satisfied with our appeal decision, you may contact the Texas Attorney General or the Texas Department of Insurance.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Some records must be kept even if you ask us to delete them: Texas law and our agency agreement with Allstate require us to keep insurance transaction records for a set period.

10. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission of data submitted through this Site and access controls limiting who in our agency can view client information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as Texas law requires. Please do not send Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account details to us by ordinary email.

11. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, regulatory, and Allstate recordkeeping obligations. Insurance transaction records are generally retained for at least five years, and longer where a policy, claim, or dispute requires it. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to prove and honor them, including ten years for Do Not Call requests. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.

12. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults seeking insurance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this Site. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party websites

Our Site links to websites we do not control, including Allstate websites, Google Maps, and our social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy notices before giving them information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, our tools, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change to how we use or share personal information, we will give more prominent notice before the change applies to information we already hold.
